Hello from Utah!! I'm at a WORCS race getting ready for a long weekend of ATV racing. It's my favorite sport that I compete in. Motorcycle riding is considered the most physically demanding sport. I bring my BCAAs for before and after. I mix BCAAs with Gatorade. It's sweet but I get my electrolytes and BCAAs at one time. I also bring my Promax Protein Bars and Max Pro Elite for optimal nutrition and recovery.
