‼️‼️ATTENTION EVERYONE‼️‼️

Hey everyone!!! We finally got our Facebook back once again from being locked out…. We are reaching out again wanting to get everyone there refunds and or jigs!! We take 100% responsibility for how long everything has taken us and how many feel as if they were scammed… I can 100% assure each and everyone of you that NOBODY will be scammed and we are trying to get everything caught up we have literally been working week in and week out on all of these orders.. we most definitely took on way way more than we ever should of due to us not doing it for even a full year we did not expect the demand to be so high and we also did not want to tell anyone no when they wanted to put an order in when we should have (again 100% our fault) but we want EVERYONE to know we absolutely will have everything shipped and partial or full refunds!! We don’t take this lightly and are horribly saddened it has came to this and us not being able to keep up with the demand along with working 60+ hours a week and life ontop of it!! K&J Jigs will be done as much as it hurts us to do this it’s what’s best for us and all of our customers!! We want everyone to be happy and we will do what we can to make that happen!! We truly deeply appreciate everyone’s support and orders over the year of us doing this!! Anyone that has yet to be refunded and or received there jigs please please please send us a message so we can get something figured out and so we can get everything squared away!! We have a ton of orders completed that will now be shipped since we are able to access messenger again and get addresses!!! AGAIN WE TRULY APPRECIATE ALL OF YOU AND ARE SO SADDENED TO GO BUT ITS NOT FAIR TO ALL YOU GREAT PEOPLE WHEN WE CANT MEET THE DEMAND AND TURN AROUND TIME!!! Please everyone that has an order send a message so we can get everything completed and refunded!!!

Hey everyone! It's Justeen, just wanted to give everyone an update since we were unable to access our jig page for awhile. We are continuing to work on orders but not as fast as everyone would like. I don't know about anyone else but life has been crazy and just stressful lately. Korbyn started a new job, we have dealt with cold/flu stuff, I've been battling low iron levels as well as just day to day life stuff. Since we can't seem to meet the demand/fulfill orders as fast as some would like we are hoping to work with everyone individually to come to a resolution that works with both parties. If you would still like your order we can continue working on it to get it to you and can offer you a discount to credit back to you since it has taken much longer than we quoted. If you'd like refunded etc we can work with you on that also. Personally I cannot handle the negativity that comes with social media so we will be communicating with customers via messaging and not comments. When we started this jig business we were excited and too naive. Hand made jigs take a lot of time and I envy the jigmakers who can pump out dozens of jigs quickly but that's just not the case for us. Personally my OCD causes me to be too picky and take too much time per jig and therefore we get behind quickly. Add in fulltime jobs, families and day to day life it is far too easy to get behind which is where we have found ourselves these last few months. We want to thank everyone who has placed orders with us!! Every order has made us excited knowing our business was growing and that people liked our products enough to want them for themselves! We hate telling people "no" but we should've realized we aren't machines and set an order limit for ourselves. Unfortunately this was a lesson learned the hard way. We apologize to anyone who has felt forgotten, but we promise we haven't forgotten you or "scammed" you as some people like to throw out there. We want to thank everyone who has ordered with us and especially to those of you have had patience and been understanding with us! ❤️
