Cold Water Trout Resort is excited to support the Norfork School Bass Team as they kick off a brand-new adventure!

There’s something special about seeing young men get involved in the outdoors, learn the sport of fishing, compete, and represent their school and community. We’re proud to play a small part in helping this new program get started, and we can’t wait to see where it takes them.

Who knows… we might just be looking at a future Bassmaster champion or two in this picture! 🏆🎣

🎣 WHAT A GREAT WEEKEND AT COLD WATER TROUT RESORT! 🎣

Great weather, plenty of fish, and even a little overnight rain from the good Lord above to keep everything green and beautiful along the river. It doesn’t get much better than that!

We had some half-day guided trips hit the water this weekend with a few talented young fisherboys who are quickly earning the title of fishermen with the way they were putting fish in the boat! Watching the next generation get excited about trout fishing is what it’s all about.

At Cold Water Trout Resort, we believe a great fishing trip starts with a great guide. That’s why we don’t just send anybody out with our guests.

We are carefully building our guide team with hand-picked, premium guides who know the North Fork and White Rivers and know how to give our guests an experience worth remembering. We’re not interested in simply filling a schedule—we’re interested in providing the level of service and experience we want associated with the Cold Water name.

There’s a lot happening behind the scenes here at Cold Water Trout Resort… and trust us, this one’s going to be worth the wait.

We’re working on something that’s not for everyone. It’s for the ones willing to trade comfort for opportunity. The ones who don’t mind the cold, the dark, or staying out long after everyone else has called it a night.

No crowds. No secret spot revealed. Just a river, a little faith, and the chance at the fish you’ll be talking about for the rest of your life.

We’re getting closer to offering a guided experience unlike anything else we do. That’s all we’ll say for now. 😉

Every great destination starts with a vision… and we’re just getting started.

🧢👕 Cold Water Trout Resort merch is officially arriving! We’re proud to share the first hats and shirts with all of you, and this is only the beginning. Over the coming months, you’ll see new designs, new gear, and new ways to take a little piece of Cold Water home with you.

But we’re not just building a resort—we’re building a place we believe in. That’s why we’re intentional about everything we put on our shelves. We don’t chase trends or fill space with products we don’t know. If we’re going to recommend something, we want to have confidence in it first.

Our team believes in earning that confidence by putting it to the test ourselves. Whether it’s fishing gear, apparel, or outdoor essentials, we want to know it performs before we ask you to trust it.

One of the things we’re most excited about is growing our fly fishing selection. That means more time on the river, more testing, more learning, and bringing you gear we’d gladly use ourselves.
