Service Notice: Peoria Location Temporarily Closed Saturday, June 13th

To Our Valued Customers,

Our Peoria location continues to experience a utility power and internet outage following recent severe weather. As a result, the Peoria store will remain closed tomorrow, Saturday, June 13th.

While we have a generator running to keep the lights on, our business platform is entirely web-based. Without internet connectivity, we are currently unable to look up parts, create invoices, process credit cards, or print receipts. This outage has also taken our Peoria phone lines offline.

How to Get Assistance This Weekend:

Alternative Locations: For immediate assistance, parts, or service, please call or visit our Metamora, Tremont, or Normal locations.

Emergency Support: Our after-hours service line is fully operational. Our technicians will be dispatched throughout the weekend to manage generator backups and handle emergency needs until utility providers fully restore grid power to the area.

We are currently navigating a massive power outage across the region. While some of our own stores are currently without power and internet, our team is in the field doing our best to provide generator service and storm-damage support.

The Situation: As of 2 minutes ago, the outage map shows thousands are still in the dark.

Our Team: Our technicians have been running around the clock since 6:00 PM last night.

Service Calls: We are working through an influx of calls regarding generator "red lights" as fast as we can.
