𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗲-𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗲
𝘕𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳 𝘖𝘧 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴: 2
Ingredients:
2 steaks, cut of your choice
2 T of The Olive Bin's Chipotle Olive Oil
4 T of The Olive Bin's Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper in large Ziploc bag. Place steaks in bag; make sure marinade touches all parts of meat. Marinate in refrigerator 4-6 hours or overnight.
2. Place meat on grill and cook to desired level. Enjoy!

You won't want to miss this 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆! Stop in and taste our flavorful Pineapple Balsamic Upside Down Cake. It's a great addition to any spring meal!

𝗣𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲

Ingredients:
4 T butter
1 C brown sugar, packed
2 oz (60 mL) of The Olive Bin's Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
1 can (20 oz) Pineapple Tidbits
1 Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix
7 T butter
3 eggs
Pineapple juice, reserved from the cans of pineapple

Directions:
1. Grease 2 round cake pans. In a saucepan, combine 4 T butter and brown sugar. Cook until sugar is melted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Pineapple Balsamic.
2. Pour half of this mixture into each round pan. Drain both cans of pineapple, reserving the juice! Mix the two kinds of pineapple together so each pan gets an even mixture of both. Put pineapple into each cake pan, lightly spreading until it’s a fairly even layer.
3. Prepare the Butter Recipe Cake Mix according to the package directions EXCEPT substitute the reserved pineapple juice for the water in the recipe. Pour the cake batter over the pineapple in the cake pans.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 32-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out cleanly. Cool cakes on a rack for 15 minutes. Then loosen the edges with a knife, put a plate upside down over the cake pan and invert. Cool and serve. (if you can wait that long)

May is a fun month for Traci's family. Did you know her children are Irish Twins? ("Irish twins" is an informal term for siblings born to the same mother within 12 months of each other.)

Ellie just celebrated her 30th birthday on May 1st, and tomorrow, Wes turns 31. Born just 50 weeks apart, they get to share the same age for a couple of weeks! It’s a unique bond that makes their birthdays even more special.

Traci and her family are celebrating some fun milestones this year! Traci is 60, her children, Ellie and Wes are both 30 (Irish Twins), her new granddaughter, Nellie is 0 (newborn), and her mom, Marilyn, is fabulous at 90!

As a math lover, Traci can't help but see the fun in this year's ages, which remind her of the 30-60-90 right triangle in Geometry. This is a very special triangle —just like our family!
