There’s these moments in life, something unexpected comes your way, you find it or it finds you — and it changes you— it changed me in ways I never envisioned.
I want to share with you this magical organization that happened to me. It is called ‘Dare To Be’. Dare 2 Be (and this extraordinary gang of women) gave me love, and when I most needed it, helped bring me back home to me. Every year there is retreat held in beautiful Broken Bow, Oklahoma called “Hinds Feet Retreat”.
2024 I was afforded a scholarship to attend, without which I would not have been able to go. And what started as simply getting involved has grown into something so so much deeper. I’ve seen and experienced firsthand the heart, the dedication, and the impact that this group brings to people who need it most. It’s not just about what we do—it’s about why we do it.
Not to mention, Amy Jordan, the founder of Dare To Be who has continually been so inspiring to me and countless other women. I’ve never seen anybody pour as much dedication into an organization than Amy into Dare 2 Be. Every effort, every hour upon hours of hard work, every generous act of kindness comes from a genuine care and belief in making the world a little better.
Right now, we’re in the middle of some awesome fundraisers, these are real opportunities to create change, to support meaningful work, and to continue making a difference where it’s needed most.

We have a Mother’s Day raffle and a Father’s day raffle ticket sales for this fundraiser, every single dollar we raise via our fundraisers and events get directly poured back into Dare 2 Be scholarships for women to attend this life changing retreat.
