Yours truly decided to go on a little ABA journey by starting a small agency to focus on my caseload and then venturing out into a small agency that will eventually branch out. I want to stay small to ensure that it’s an appropriate work life balance for anyone that wants to help me in this adventure. The focus is the client’s interest and their families while reducing burn out which is common in our field. Pretty excited here.
