**IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE!** I will mail out orders once a week. This means that it will take at least 7-10 business days for you to receive your order. Please be patient when making orders! ***Commissions and Requests****Time Frame* If you see something you'd like me to recreate, or you have an idea that you think I'd be able to make for you, please feel free to message me. Note that an order can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months. In response to your message I will attempt to inform you of when I should be finished, and of anything that may cause your item to be delayed. If you are shopping for an upcoming event, please be sure to keep this in mind when placing your order.
*Payment* Items will NOT be made until AFTER you have paid your invoice. You will be contacted prior to invoicing so that you are aware of when your name has reached the top of the wait list. Once I am nearly complete with the order ahead of you, you will be invoiced. You have 48 hours pay your invoice before you're placed "on hold" and the next order is contacted/started. You have 7 days from being invoiced to pay your invoice or contact me or your order will be removed completely from the wait list. In addition to this, if you do not respond to messages requesting your email address in order to be invoiced within one week your order will be canceled. (At this point you can reorder and be placed at the bottom of the list, but I retain the right to deny your order)
*Refunds* Refunds will only be granted when the item is returned to me. Once I have the item in my possession a refund will be granted. If the item is undamaged/unused and was returned since the item was no longer wanted or it did not fit then a full refund of the subtotal will be granted (Shipping costs will not be refunded). If the item is damaged by you or while being shipped back to me then only 85% of the original cost will be granted. (With that being said, any damage caused by NORMAL usage can and will be fixed by me. Contact me if your item is damaged and I'll discuss protocol.) If your item is damaged and you do not return it to me for a refund or repair, no refund or other award will be granted.
