This past weekend at Collect-A-Con was legendary to say the least!
Before it all even started, we managed to secure our goal of the weekend, a PSA 9 1st Edition Charizard, at Friday’s trade night and it only got crazier from there.
Saturday morning we checked off another box (literally) as it started with securing a crispy EX Dragon box. Then we had fun seeing some of our homies in the hobby, getting some things signed and reliving our glory days while meeting Soulja Boy and jamming out front row to his concert, which had no reason for going so hard at 3 in the afternoon.
What happened on Sunday though was something we truly didn’t expect. While walking around, some booster boxes caught our eye so we started chatting it up with The Pokemon Network and ended up making a crazy deal to bring home one of our dream grails, a MINTY LEGENDARY COLLECTION BOOSTER BOX! Seriously, what a way to cap off an already incredible weekend.
That being said, we missed all of y’all and will be back open tomorrow for normal business hours and Pitch Black prerelease!
