Really fun working on these three kitchen utility knives. Hand carving the handles of aesthetics and a practice of the crafting process. Very happy with how they turned out and they will be available on my website this week.

Just finished my first stainless cladded carbon steel core (80crv2) knife. Wearing mole burl, micarta spacer, and spalted curly Vermont maple.
6-1/4 inch cutting edge, 2-1/8th tall at the heel.
