Word of the Day: Accountability
As a small business owner, I wear a lot of different hats, and the truth is, I don’t always get it right.
There have been times when my shortcomings and failure to follow through have affected other people, whether I intended them to or not. Some of my actions and behaviors aren’t things I’m proud of, and I’ll be the first to admit that.
But growth starts with accountability!
Being able to look in the mirror, accept your mistakes, and learn from them is far more powerful than letting your ego convince you that you’re always right.
We all fall short. What matters is what we do next.
Today, I choose accountability. I hope you do too.
Keep looking forward, keep reaching higher, and remember
