STAINED GLASS VARIATIONS

This is a fun class where students can spice up their projects with new details as adding decorative wires, and incorporating sea glass, shells or crystals. For those who have not made stained glass before, it´s a great chance to learn basic skills with an experienced instructor. Students will have the opportunity to create a small lampshade, something new three-dimensional, a more challenging sun-catcher, or a small flat glass panel.
No glassworking experience is necessary.

Materials are included in the class price.

DESIGN YOUR OWN LAMPSHADE
Class is about learning how to design and make the pattern for your own unique stained-glass lampshade or lightning fixture. We will explore two methods for creating a 3-dimensional form for a lampshade: using a visual approach or using simple calculations and codes to assemble geometric shapes. Some stained-glass experience is required, but a simple design choice is possible also for a beginner.
