We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient Part-Time Backroom Donations Coordinator to join our team! This is a physical job with some heavy lifting
The Backroom Donations Coordinator plays an important role in creating a positive experience for our donors and customers while keeping the donation area organized and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers and donors with a friendly, positive attitude.
* Provide excellent customer service and make every donor feel appreciated.
* Receive, sort, organize, and process donated merchandise.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized backroom and donation area.
* Answer customer and donor questions patiently and professionally.
* Work as part of a team to keep daily operations running efficiently.
* Follow store policies and procedures for accepting and handling donations.
* Help prepare merchandise for the sales floor when needed.
Qualifications
* Customer service experience is required.
* Retail experience is a plus.
* Must genuinely enjoy working with people and helping customers.
* Must be patient, friendly, and professional—even during busy or challenging situations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Dependable, responsible, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and performing physical tasks such as standing, lifting, sorting, and moving merchandise.
