Join me for two fun and *determined* beginner- intermediate friendly watercolor classes on July 16 & 17. Take one class or both! Thursday's workshop serves as a great primer for Friday's class, as we'll be building on many of the same techniques and concepts.
Thursday, July 16 | Mini Atmospheric Landscapes
$48 + tax (includes all materials, instruction, and some yummy treats!)
We'll create a series of small, moody watercolor landscapes while exploring techniques for capturing atmosphere, distance, light, and mood. These mini paintings are perfect for practice, study, gifting, or framing, and are a wonderful introduction to watercolor for beginners.
Friday, July 17 | Hot Gull Summer
$48 + tax (includes all materials, instruction, and some yummy treats!)
Let's celebrate our favorite coastal troublemakers with a whimsical watercolor illustration featuring a flock of seaside birds. We'll use a variety of techniques to paint sky, water, texture, and atmosphere while creating a folksy coastal scene full of personality. The finished piece is something you'll be able to continue practicing and customizing long after class.
Whether you're brand new to watercolor or looking to loosen up and have some creative fun, I'd love to paint with you!
