That face you make when you teach a bunch of spooky moves for a Halloween advanced class, and you're just praying everyone performs them with caution and respect, and nobody gets hurt. I have the best students out there, so everything was fine; definitely gave myself a bit of a scare though 👻.

PS. We also went over the reasons why each move was dangerous, and how to apply them as safely as possible, as well as safer, alternative options. I think this is very important to go over with more advanced practitioners so as to circumvent avoidable injuries in the future.
