Every display starts with a little spark of inspiration. ✨

For me, it’s usually one unique piece that catches my eye and gets my creativity going. From there, I start imagining how it can transform a space, tell a story, and inspire someone to picture it in their own home.

That’s one of my favorite parts of owning this shop finding special pieces and creating displays that make every visit feel a little different.

A fun fact about me is I’m incredibly picky. 😊

When I bring items into the shop, I choose them carefully. If it’s in my shop, it’s because I truly love it and believe and hope that my customers will enjoy it as well!

Look at this antique curio cabinet I snagged this past weekend! 🤎

So many people paint pieces like this to give them a more modern look, but I definitely didn’t want to do that. I fell in love with the original finish, and honestly, painting this one would have been a crime!

Instead, I wanted to give it a modern farmhouse feel while preserving all of its beautiful character. With the right styling, I was able to completely transform this piece into a modern farmhouse antique dream.

Gone are the days when curio cabinets were only for displaying Grandma’s china. Fill them with stacked books, pottery, vintage brass, candles, greenery, framed art, and other collected treasures, and suddenly they become one of the most beautiful statement pieces in a home.🏡

It’s proof that you don’t always have to change the furniture you just have to style it differently. ✨
