The Position
We are seeking a Flooring Sales & Design Consultant who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and takes pride in providing an exceptional customer experience.
No flooring experience is required. Full training is provided. We will teach you our products, systems, sales process, and installation basics.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
Helping customers select flooring, cabinets, countertops, and design solutions
Providing excellent customer service from the first visit through installation
Preparing quotes and following up with customers
Meeting sales goals and earning commission
Working closely with our team to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For
We want someone who is:

Interested in design and home improvement
Motivated, dependable, and willing to learn
A strong team player
Serious about finding a career path and growing with a company long-term
Willing to work two Saturdays per month
Compensation & Benefits
$40,000 annual base salary + commission
Unlimited commission potential
Health insurance with a portion paid by the company

Job Type: Full-time
