NEO ComicCon returns on August 2nd at the Soccer Sportsplex in North Olmsted, OH.

Every year we pack two indoor soccer fields full of comics and pop culture collectibles. We'll have over 180 dealer tables, and 120 of those tables will belong to comic book vendors, with specialists bringing everything from Golden Age to Modern comics, superhero to SF, horror to humor, and anything else you might imagine.

We'll also have 60 tabes of artists and pop culture crafts, selected from the very best the region has to offer. We'll have veterans from the comic industry and people who have just created their first published comic, as well as all kinds of makers and craftspeople.

Once again, we'll have one of the best cosplay contests around, with prizes in numerous categories and a chance for everyone to unleash their inner hero.

Super Heroes to Kids in Ohio will be on hand, and we can't wait to introduce you to all the amazing work they do.

As always, our ticket price is STILL ONLY $5, and children under ten are free. Parking is also free, and we provide a shuttle that runs every 10 minutes so you can avoid the parking lot, which can be a bit of a challenge.

We are pleased to announce that Super Heroes to Kids in Ohio is returning once again as our charity partner. We couldn't ask for a better group of people with which to work, and we look forward to seeing what heroes (and villains!) they bring to the show this year.

Super Heroes to Kids in Ohio spreads goodwill through simple acts of kindness, recognizes individuals who have battled through adversity, and encourages the involvement of the community to make a positive difference in the lives of others. They make costumed visits to children’s hospitals, special needs centers, and various charitable events whenever they are needed.

Every year, NEO ComicCon organizes two raffle tables full of prizes, all of which are generously donated by our vendors and artists. This genorosity is only matched by our amazing patrons, who have set donation records two years in a row. We always say that participating in this raffle is the easist way to be a hero, and we have no doubt that everyone will rise to the occassion again.

NEO ComicCon happens on August 2nd at the Soccer Sportsplex in North Olmsted, OH. Tickets are still only $5, and children 10 and under are admitted for free. All proceeds from the raffle go directly to Super Heroes to Kids in Ohio.

We are pleased to announce that GingerSnaps Cosplay, the same spectacular folks who ran last year's cosplayevents, will be returning once again, bringing all of their expertise to ensure that our cosplayers have a fun and safe experience.

There will be several contests, both for adults and kids, and a photo booth so everyone can be part of the action.

GingerSnaps Cosplay is an all-volunteer based cosplay group out of Akron, Ohio, with members spanning from Akron to Youngstown. These volunteers come together to create lasting memories for Comic Conventions, Charity Events, and more.

GingerSnaps Cosplay received rave reviews last year, and we can't wait to see what amazing adventures they have in store this year!

Pre-Sale tickets are now available at Comics Are Go. Our ticket price is still only $5, and children 10 and under get in free.

We also have this year’s convention shirt available, and the purchase of any shirt comes with a free ticket to the show.

Shirts will be available at the shop until the day of the show, which happens this year on August 2nd at the Soccer Sportsplex in North Olmsted, OH. Parking is free, and the show runs from 10-4 and features over 180 tables of comics and collectibles!

Comics Are Go is located at 5214 Detroit Rd. In Sheffield Village, OH, and is open every week from Tuesday until Sunday.

Here's a sneak preview of this year's convention ad. It's arrival always makes us a little giddy. Is it the hi-ya noise? Is it all the glimpses of good memories from the previous shows? The graphics, the guests, the vendors???

Whatever it is, be sure to give the commercial a watch, look for yourself in the crowd, and start making your plans for August 2nd at the Soccer Sportsplex in North Olmsted, OH. As always, our admission is still only $5, parking is free, and we'll have more actual, real-to-life, honest-to-goodness comic books than any other show in Ohio.
