New finned and shelled friends have just arrived in our tanks inside Northern Exotics! If you are looking to build a colorful shrimp colony, start a peaceful sorority tank, or beef up your cleanup crew, we have you covered.

Here is what just landed:
Shrimp Restocks & New Colors: We have topped off our Amano and Cherry shrimp, plus brought in striking Mandarin Orange and more Blue shrimp!

Female Show Bettas: You asked, we delivered! We have the perfect trio of premium females to help you start up your dream betta sorority tank.

The Ultimate Cleanup Crew: Keep your tanks spotless with our new Mystery Snails and active Panda Garras.

Stunning Centerpiece Fish: Topping off the list are beautiful Polar Blue Parrot Cichlids (also known as Polar Blue Tiger Parrots) and colorful Kribensis!

RODI Water has arrived! We are happy to share we have our first batch of RODI available in 5 gallon containers. Just ask at the counter inside Northern Exotics! This is going to work as an exchange buy the container first time and just bring it back on any Friday to swap it out with a new one at just the cost of water! We will have 1 gallon options and more 5 gallon containers available as soon as they arrive!

🚀 BIG STORE UPDATE: RODI Water is Coming! 💧

Starting this coming Friday, RODI water will be available in a limited capacity!
How it works: It will operate like a propane tank exchange.

Every Friday will initially be our exchange date while we build up our container supply.

Size: We are offering 5-gallon sizes initially while we wait for our 1-gallon containers to arrive.

Hope everyone has been enjoying the long weekend! While you’ve been relaxing, we’ve been hard at work planning our next livestock selection to bring into the shop. We love our amazing community, and we want you to help us build our next order!Right now, we are looking into the possibility of bringing in limited, small batches of juvenile fish, including:
🐠 Discus
🐠 Angelfish
🐠 Rams
🐠 Cichlids

What specific varieties or color strains would you love to have available locally?Is there something else entirely that you are hunting for? If so, drop a comment below! 🦐 New Livestock Inbound! 🐟

We are thrilled to announce that a massive new shipment of incredible freshwater fish and invertebrates is officially on its way to Subzero Aquatics✈️📦

Here is a sneak peek at what is landing soon:

Premium Invertebrates: Stock up your cleanup crew with Super Blue Shrimp, Super Yellow Shrimp, Cherry Shrimp, and Amano Shrimp. We also have Mystery Snails and Nerite Snails inbound!

The Star of the Show: We finally tracked down an L204 Emperor Pleco! 👑 These have been incredibly hard to come by lately. Known for their striking contrasting colors, peaceful temperament, and relatively small size, this gorgeous fish is the perfect addition to any medium-to-large aquarium. We only have ONE coming, so don't wait!

Stunning Show Guppies & Endlers: Bring your tank to life with vibrant Blue Moscow male guppies, Purple Variegated male guppies, and dazzling Blue Sky Endlers.

Active Schoolers: Add some movement to your aquascape with lively Long Fin Zebra Danios and a personal shop favorite—the stunning Blue Eye Gertrudae Rainbows!

Hey there everyone just wanted to let everyone know new fish and shrimp have arrived and are available! We got more Cherry and Amano shrimp and added in some Orange Rili shrimp. We also got Hillstream loachs in and have a few left (you guys weren't kidding when you said you wanted them) and will be bringing more in in case you miss this batch. Some Assorted Lyre Tail Mollies, Blue Mickeymouse Platies, Red Phantom Tetras, Panda Corys, Assorted Female Guppies, Rummynose Tetras, Mystery and Nerite snails arrived this week as well. We have also introduced some feeder guppies and ghost shrimp to round everything off. Stop by and see us and the rest of the vendors inside Northern Exotics!

Hey there everyone we are proud to announce that we now we have livestock and supplies available at Northern Exotics!!! We have an initial inventory of freshwater fish with more tanks and livestock coming soon. Currently we have some Red Flame Dwarf Gouramis, Assorted Female Guppies, Rummy Nose Tetras, Otocinclus Catfish, Rainbow Mickey Mouse Platys, Banded and Black Kuhli Loachs, Cherry and Amano Shrimp. We will be adding 4 more fresh water tanks and one shrimp tank so please let us know what you would like to see available. Again we want to thank all of those who have supported us along the way and to Northern Exotics for giving us the perfect location to bring our world to you!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that we have officially partnered with Northern Exotics! 🤝🦎Starting right now, we are joining forces and moving into their location! We want to send a massive shout-out to the incredible team at Northern Exotics for bringing local vendors together and forming this community hub. Behind the scenes, we are officially getting to work! More information will be coming your way very soon as we begin the massive process of safely moving our tanks and livestock over to the new space. 🐠🏠We cannot wait to start this new adventure alongside such amazing people—and most importantly, to serve you and your pets better than ever before!
