Governor DeWine has issued an executive order banning the sale of all intoxicating h**p products in Ohio starting Tuesday, October 14th. This ban will last for 90 days, after which local lawmakers will decide whether to make it permanent.
This order doesn’t just affect customers, it threatens small businesses, jobs, and communities across Ohio. Shops like ours, who have built livelihoods around serving customers responsibly, will be forced to pull products off shelves overnight. Families lose income, workers lose hours, and customers lose access to medicinal alternatives.
