Generations Antiques is currently looking for 1 or 2 permanent vendors for our antique shop! This is a great opportunity for the right vendor.
The perfect vendor has already been in a shop before and primarily focuses on general antiques, vintage items (pre-1980) and has the great eye for staging their sellables well. This vendor would also be buying their stock items on a regular basis rather than selling items from their house or Mom’s house that recently passed away. But if that is not you, we are not just looking for that perfect vendor, so don’t eliminate yourself! Everyone has to start somewhere and this is a great place for you to start!
Generations Antiques is 10 years old, located in North Royalton, has over 8,000 cars per day pass by the shop, with a great established customer base. This available spot comes open only because of a vendor health issue that requires them to no longer pursue their antique selling passion. It’s in a premium shop location that has been filled for 8 years. It’s a larger spot and can be divided up as need be.
Generations is open 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday) from 10am-4pm, we charge a monthly rental per spot with zero commission. Vendors pay 3% credit card fees when a card is used. Six month basic contract, then month to month (our contract is online to review). This spot(s) will be available starting near the beginning of October. This is a perfect time of the year to start in the shop…Christmas.
