My first 2 saved from the trash items of the season. A touched up office chair and farm bench. The chair I sanded lightly, rubbed the wood with a finish, and put a coating on the fake leather to strengthen it. I picked up the bench at the curb, used a heat gun to get a thick strip of linoleum off the top, used a plainer, sanded the top and left it bare, and sold it within 2 hours for $30.
