Today we started tapping for the 2024 maple season, we are now a little under 1/4 of the way done tapping.

We will be open and boiling tomorrow from 10am to 3pm Join us for New Hampshires maple weekend, will be giving sugar house tours and explanations of how we process maple sap in to maple syrup. We also have lots of maple syrup for sale in many sizes from half pint to half gallons. Have around 3600 gallons of sap to boil for the day. Hope to see you at the sugar house.

First boil of 2023 making some golden maple syrup

Boil number 3 today, not very often do we get to make syrup during a snow storm "sugar snow", while the sap is still coming in at a decent rate with temperatures right above freezing. The sugar content of sap is running around 2.6% which means it takes 34 gallons of sap to make 1 gallon of maple syrup.

3rd boil of the season tonight, it has been a slow cold start here looking forward to next week to bring warmer temperatures and good sap runs. We do have maple syrup for sale at the sugar house if anyone wants some 2021 pure new hampshire maple syrup.

Due to recent worldly events and in alignment with NH Maple Producers Association we will be postponing our Maple Weekend Open House.

So far we have had an amazing season, already surpassing last year's syrup total with a few weeks left to this season!

We hope you all will heed the recommendations of federal and local government agencies to combat this illness from spreading.

If you are interested in purchasing some of our Maple Syrup we will gladly take orders and put them aside to be picked up at a later date.

Full tanks today, gathered over 2,000 gallons of sap! Last year at this time we had not even gathered any sap yet. After tonight we will be one barrel short of all last seasons total syrup made. With good weather to come over the next few weeks we look forward to maple weekend March 21-22, and making lots more maple syrup!

Started are 2020 maple season out with a couple loads of sap tonight. Looking like we'll have plenty of fresh maple syrup on the shelves by tomorrow night.

The bourbon barrel aged maple syrup is now all botteled up and ready to be sold. Call us or send a message if you would like some, sizes range from 1/2 pints to 1/2 gallons. We also have some Amber Rich and dark robust pure maple syrup still available as well as granulated maple sugar.
