EVENT: 8th Annual Arcadia Folk Festival
LOCATION: Arcadia Wildlife Sanctuary, 127 Combs Road, Easthampton, MA
DATE: Saturday, August 29, 2026

We are seeking vendors with an environmentally friendly twist, sustainable products, or nature inspired artwork for the 8th annual Arcadia Folk Festival.

Applications due June 22.
Booth fee includes two festival tickets, one for you, and one for an assistant.

Vendors will be notified by email June 29. Outdoor event, rain or shine.

I am so smitten by the artists we have vending this year. 😍 I love people who have been stitching, hammering, cutting, printing, growing, carving, knitting, painting, gluing, and crafting their hearts out to share their handmade goods with you. 🙌 ❤️ 🎁

We are so lucky to have some well established local artists in our show, making this event an annual tradition for our customers. There are always some returning vendors and some new ones...to keep things fresh. We are thrilled to have as a new vendor this year; to also have joining us for the first time; and to have as a returning vendor. hosts us in both the front room and back office on November 22 & 23.
