It's been a while but I'm thinking of starting a outdoor Flea Market here at my plaza, I have under cover spaces that I can rent as well as lawn spaces close to the road for a visual for cars to see. I will be renting spaces for $25 a spot it will allow people who want to have a tag sale or have possession's that they have no need for a place to sell their belongings. After seeing how much response there was last year with the indoor flea market I think there is a niche for it here in our town, everybody has excess of belongings or perhaps it's a hobby or profession I have decided to attempt it again this year. I no longer have inside space but I have tons of lawn with great road frontage I guarantee you will sell some of your belongings. I have about ten spaces under cover with a ten foot wide sidewalk under it and over an acre of land that can be used to set up your belongings every Sat/Sun from 9 to 5 for $25 a day $45 for the weekend.
