📞 We’re Hiring: Part-Time Customer Service Representative — Remote or Office
AGH Disposal & Recycling is looking for someone to help answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, book roll-off dumpsters, and assist with new curbside trash and recycling sign-ups.
This position can be performed remotely, but we also have a small office available in Turners Falls if you prefer working from an office or would like a combination of both.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Responsibilities may include:
• Answering and returning customer calls
• Booking roll-off dumpster rentals
• Explaining our services and pricing
• Collecting the information needed for new curbside accounts
• Possibly setting up customer accounts once fully trained
• Keeping accurate notes and passing along anything that needs our attention
Experience with customer service, scheduling, data entry, or office work would be helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. You must have reliable phone and internet service, basic computer skills, and a quiet place to take calls if working remotely.
The schedule and number of hours are still being worked out, but this will be a part-time position with calls primarily during normal business hours.
