Continuing the business which was started in 1977 by Master Craftsman, Ned Kellogg, whose work was featured on TV, magazines, books and newspapers. And continuing to offer high-quality dollhouses hand built by us in all price ranges, as well as miniatures and accessories at discounted prices. In addition, we specialize in dollhouse restorations and house replicas. Our exclusive hand-built dollhouses start at $95 for a four-room Cape Cod.

Some years ago, I was sent this house to restore. The house was made by her great grandfather for her grandmother and had fallen into disrepair. She wanted to keep it in the family and asked me to restore it. In restoring an antiquity like this, you have to preserve the old while restoring the badly damaged parts as they originally were. I show the after photos and the before photos. The customer was very happy and it could be passed on as a family heirloom in a restored condition.

About ten years ago, I was commissioned to replicate a house in Lynbrook, Long Island, New York, The customer was giving it as a gift and the recipient of the gift wanted to do the inside work herself. The portico was replicated as on the real house, the porch which has brickwork on the sides and front steps as well. I also put stonework as on the front of the real house. I also include the photo of the actual house. I do not use faux materials in my work and the b ricks are real individual bricks applied one at a time and the stone work as well.

This towered Victorian house was designed and built by Ned. It was bought by the CEO of the Sands Point Preserve here on Long Island.

Some years ago, I was asked to design a building in 1/12th scale to be used in the rental of a University to show the students and their parents the layout of the dorm buildings which were to be constructed. My hard drive died and lost some photos of the buildings they eventually constructed. I had to have the structure sent by moving truck to Louisiana

This is a replica of a Tudor House which I was commissioned to do in Oyster Bay, New York. I also show the real house. each miniature brick was installed individually.

This is an old photo of Ned's replica of the Ley Farm in England. Would have to research for the town but it was also featured in Miniature Collector Magazine with the person who had purchased the house. If I come across that article I will post it. Ned loved doing timbered work and the inside is quite impressive.

I have started to work again while recuperating at home. Had to shut down my shop temporarily until fully recovered. However have completed two special houses for two little girls ... but unfortunately my camera stopped working and I could not get a decent photo of the houses to post in addition to my not having Windows 11. Too many changes in the last year and trying to deal with them one at a time. So, rest assured I will be back in my shop but am continuing to work and trying to catch up after a year in addition to new jobs. Hopefully, by the time I finish the house I just started, I will be back to normal. Feels good to work again and thank my customers for being so patient.

I am reposting a replica of a house which I was commissioned to replicate for a customer located in Chappaqua, New York, some years ago. the real house is stone, but, she asked that I do the replica in the siding which was on the extensions which were later built and painted with that color blue I show exterior and interior views as well as the real house.

Some years ago I was brought this house to restore and redesign. The lady who brought it wanted to honor her late mother-in-law who had bought it at a Fair with the thought that it would go to her future granddaughter. Sadly, she died in her mid 40s but her loving future daughter-in-law had a little girl and her wish was to honor her late mother-in-law by having the house restored. I redesigned it since she mentioned that the mother-in-law had said she wanted a Juliet balcony and added a gable with a double Juliet porch and redid the interior. I liked the design and did add this design to my line of houses..the "Juliet house". I know she is looking down on her granddaughter and loving that she is enjoying the house she got for her. I also show the two before photos.
