UNFORTUNATELY strep & stomach virus 🦠 are lurking but FORTUNATELY there is a lot you can do to prepare!

🧼 Wash hands often with soap & water.

🚫 Don’t share drinks, utensils or food.

🧽 Clean high-touch surfaces with disinfectants.

🤧 Cover coughs and sneezes with tissue or elbow-not your hands.

🏠 Keep sick family members home.

💊 Remember: antibiotics don’t treat viruses. Strep throat is a bacterial infection that may require antibiotics after proper testing and diagnosis, while most stomach viruses do not benefit from antibiotics.
