There was a bit of an issue with shipping, which was 100% the USPS’s fault and not Valiant Bands, but Erik was great at keeping in touch with me, and keeping me informed with what was going on. Even though the original order never showed up, he took care of me and had another order rush delivered once we found out the original order had been lost. Overall it was great experience with Valiant Bands (minus USPS)! Go Blue!"
