Mary’s Quite Contrary Creations I started making gourmet pretzels as gifts at Christmas for friends, family, and co-workers. Since then I have created pretzels for various occasions.

After I retired, I was asked by a friend to provide pretzels for an open house at The Palm Tree Barn.
