To Our Valued Clients and Friends:
As the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds, we are reaching out to assure you that Audiotronics is doing the following:
• We have a plan in place which emphasizes protecting the health of our employees and our clients
• No one at Audiotronics is presenting with any symptoms of the virus
• No employees have been out of the country or have traveled domestically in the last few months
• We are moving forward with all of our current projects
• We will continue to provide service and support to our client base
• If you would like service or work to be done in your home our employees will be wearing latex gloves for your protection
• If you would like service at your home but someone in your household is presenting symptoms of the flu (coughing, fever or fatigue) we ask that you notify us at the time of your request. Please understand if we elect to delay our visit until symptoms clear
Some Changes:
• Audiotronics showroom hours will be by appointment-only until further notice
• The Stereo Doctor will not be accepting repairs at this time; however we will continue to repair equipment in house and advise you when your repair is finished
Audiotronics is here to help:
The “new normal” for the next several weeks will have the kids home from school, many of you working from home and all of us looking for entertainment alternatives. As you and your neighbors access the internet simultaneously you may experience degradation of services such as internet speed, coverage, interruption of audio services like Sonos or video services like Netflix due to higher than normal traffic. We’ll do the best we can to diagnose and/or repair these issues.
Additionally, the reality of these trying times will require increased vigilance to protect family and home. We can assist you during these times of social distancing in several ways:
• Service – we can check your equipment to make sure it’s operating properly. This would include your home entertainment systems, home automation and wired/wireless Wi-Fi networks.
• Replace or upgrade defective or outdated components that cannot handle the additional internet traffic at home. These components would include Wireless Access Points (WAPS), network switches, routers, etc.
• Upgrade or add a TV, gaming system, home theater system, etc. Anything to relieve the tension of social distancing.
Currently we have the capabilities to provide all of the above but this can change at any time given supply chain interruptions, new restrictions and potential manpower issues. We will do our best, as always, to take care of our clients.
