The final design is always beautiful…but the behind-the-scenes? That’s where the real story lives. 😂✨

After six years in business, we’ve learned that no two installations are ever the same. We never quite know what we’ll be walking into—extreme heat, tiny setup spaces, unexpected stairs, curious pets supervising our every move, or one last-minute challenge that keeps us thinking on our feet (these led butterflies had huge wing spans that wouldn’t work with the space so we lit them but turned off the motion 😅).

But once everything comes together and we step back to see the finished transformation, it’s always worth it. Every detail reflects the creativity, hard work, problem-solving, and genuine passion we bring to what we do.

To our returning clients who continue inviting us back for life’s biggest milestones: thank you for growing with us and trusting our creativity year after year. Inside Out Takes on London 🇬🇧✨

When our returning client came to us with the vision of combining Inside Out with London, we brought the two worlds together into one custom birthday photo moment for Benji + Shiloh.

A larger-than-life London double-decker bus became the foundation of the design, layered with custom character graphics, personalized details and an oversized organic balloon installation in bold red, blue, black + white.

This is the kind of project we love — taking a client’s unique concept and translating it through event design, custom fabrication, scenic builds and production to create something completely personalized to their celebration.
