🏮🏡✨ So fun to attend the 155th annual Grand Illumination last night at the Oak Bluffs Camp Meeting Association on Martha's Vineyard! The evening began with a community sing-a-long in the Tabernacle. Then once the sun went down, over 300 historic gingerbread cottages festooned with colorful paper lanterns were lit en masse.

👋🏻 This past weekend, in the cool comfort of my studio, I created wall art featuring vintage postcards of three iconic Martha’s Vineyard lighthouses. On the back, I added snippets of messages written by visitors to the island from days gone by. These 3-piece sets will head to in late August. Until then, my shop is on vacation. 🏖️😎

Look what I found❣️ Chock full of retro imagery and ads with an Art Deco vibe, this reference book and buying guide was published in 1935. Titled “Home Owners’ Catalogs, a Guide to the Selection of Building Materials, Equipment and Furnishings,” I ❤️ everything about it.
