We've served thousands of our gourmet pizzas since we opened a few months ago. But what is the most popular pizza at Sparrell's Roadside Kitchen. It's still the standby favorite -- Cheese. We start with our crust made from imported, organic Petra flour (low in gluten), allow the dough to naturally ferment for 72 hours to bring out the nutty flavor and crispness, then top it with imported Ciao Authentica imported pomodoro sauce and Grande Associates' mozzarella cheese made with the highest quality milk from small farms.
