Sunday is a perfect Family Pizza Night. If you haven't yet tried Sparrell's Roadside Kitchen's Pepperroni + Hot Honey Pizza (or even if you have), tonight's the night. We start with a crust made with Petra Moligno Qu***ia flour, imported from Italy, that's both organic and naturally low in gluten. We mix the flour with water, ice, and Partanna brand Chef Select Olio Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once mixed, we then form it into dough and let it ferment for 72 hours before making your pizza. Pepperoni + Hot Honey features our house-made pomodoro sauce, mozarella, cupped pepperoni, and Calabrian chili honey,
