Another display that the grandgirls made is this shelf with the red decoration around it - books of interest on our country. I am missing their ideas but am so grateful for what they like to do while here visiting for "Summer Swim Camp" in July.

Here is what the girls pulled from the shelves to put together for a beach theme. They used books, journals, mugs, cards, and a dvd with scenes of water, sand, lighthouse, starfish, a rowboat, and a sailboat. Very creative and I love the bluejay and dolphin as extras!

This truck of flowers is NOT for sale but a lovely gift from a dear friend. The business sign on the door lets you know that Tree of Life Christian Bookstore is back on regular hours: Wed-Sat 10-4:30.

We had a wonderful two week with the grandchildren and they not only rearranged the stuffed animals, but made a couple of displays with one idea being a water/beach theme. They also helped get envelopes in the books that will be for the loaning library and designed a bookmark for the books with a return date on the back.
I look forward to getting them printed and getting "Grandma's Library" open in the near future.

REMINDER!! We will close at 3:00 pm today, tomorrow, and Saturday. The young grandchildren will be going home this weekend and spending a little more time with them, along with their parents, will bring their two weeks to a close. Thank you for understanding.

FYI: If the smoke is extra sensitive to any of you, California residents told Ethan, our youngest son, when the fires were ablaze out there, to eat burnt toast. It will help pull the toxins out of your lungs. Just an FYI.

We will be OPENING tomorrow (Wednesday) at our regular time but will close at 3:00 Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to take the grandchildren to the beach for their last days with us. We are having a great time with them and the weather has been perfect. Thank you, Lord, for each special day you give us.
