BTS on wedding Day
Did you know a full service design day generally is a 12-18+ hour day for florist?
& this doesn’t account for the design and processing hours for the week leading up to the event
Full service designing means:
- personalized drop offs at getting ready location
- set up for ceremony
- set up for cocktail hour plus reception
- generally a “flip” from ceremony to reception. Removing and resetting up arch, altar flowers etc.
- Detailing the reception room early for photo/video. Lighting candles, straightening chairs, wiping any smudges and so on
- & end of the night tear down
When you’re creating your dream vision for wedding flowers? Does your styling desire all of these steps to complete your look and feel?
We offer limited full service weddings a year as it takes a huge team and dedicated design space and time. You become our only client for that day ✨
But let’s be honest: this styling does come with a price. At the end of your flower quote you’ll have a “production fee” that not only covers these labor hours for a big team but also covers additional transport vehicles, gas, and additional materials needed for your delivery specifications.
This fee is usually 25-30% on top of your flowers
