After 20 years as a staple in the community and a thriving business in Novi and Northville, The Flower Alley is for Sale.
This is not an easy decision, however the time has come to offer our business to a new individual or family. Over the past two decades, our business has seen growth beyond our imagination, and we are SO THANKFUL
for all of you who have supported us. Truly, the best customers and clients we could ever wish for.
The sale is not prompted by lowered sales or emptied calendars, to be very open and honest the business's potential is limitless. With our full service flower and gift store, website, and weddings/events you are not limited to one business revenue stream. The expansion opportunities of our business has endless potential from exploring a larger delivery radius to adding more talented florists etc. Over the years, we have kept boutique in size, limiting the number of special events we take on each weekend. We have found ourselves saying 'no' more than 'yes' as our business model was only 'one wedding per day'. With the proper team behind you, the growing events market in Detroit has the potential to take this business to the next level.
While this may come as a shock to many, we are excited for new adventures ahead. During this transition time we are 100% open and operational, continueing to take on beautiful events through 2026. Our store will continue to be filled with gorgeous flowers and unique gifts, our daily deliveries will remain and all contracted events will still be designed by Kaila no matter the selling date.
The store has blessed our family with a lifestyle that previously we could only dream of, and we want to find buyers who will continue The Flower Alleys success. The best thing about our brand, is you are not limited to the location. Our business can be moved to any location, or remain at our current storefront on Novi Rd and Grand River.
We have strong bonds with some of Detroits top event venues, hospitality companies and businesses. All of these relationships have taken decades to cultivate, love and attention to maintain - these relationships will be invaluable assets to anyone wishing to take this business to the next level.
The Flower Alley has played such a special role in so many of our clients' life events; we will always remember all of the joy, laughter, love and sometimes even tears that we all experienced together. As our family transitions the business to a new owner, do not fear we will keep everyone informed so this isnt a goodbye. For the future, Jeff and Lee Ann are looking to take things a little bit 'easier' down south, traveling more to visit their grandbaby in Japan, and you will most definitely find them sailing around the Mediterranean on a cruise. As for Kaila, she will be transitioning K.Adam Events her planning company focusing on Florida weddings and Destinations through the Caribbean.
