If theres a particular cake your looking for, I'll do my best to duplicate it for you. The best thing about Lena's cakes is that they are very affordable and I do at times offer delivery for a small fee. I would ask that you place an order 2 weeks in advance. What’s your technique to moist cupcakes besides ingredients if any?

I bake, cover and freeze directly out the oven. Lock in all that heat moisture and I decorate frozen. When it thaws, they are perfect! No need for simple syrup or anything. I do my cakes the same way.
