At our Ritchie County location, effective Friday July 17th, we are sad to announce that Carley Wilburn has resigned and taken another position in the insurance industry. Carley was with us almost three years and became a very valuable part of our Ritchie County office. She attained her property & casualty license and made great strides in a short time. We will miss her but wish her nothing but success with her new employer.
As disappointed as we are to see Carley go, we are as excited to announce that effective August 3rd, Rachel Fluharty will be rejoining our staff as a Customer Service Agent. Rachel was with us when we first purchased the Ellenboro location in 2023 but she had to leave when her husband was transferred to Oklahoma. But they have returned to the area and her availability was perfectly timed with Carley’s departure. Rachel brings an excellent resume back to us. In addition to being a wonderful person and worker, she is already licensed in all of our states. She brings experience and familiarity with our current insurance companies. She is also well versed with our DMV servicing. In addition, she recently was employed by Progressive, which is one of the companies we represent. So her experience with them will be very beneficial. She lives locally in Pennsboro and is married to Kris Fluharty. We feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to welcome someone with Rachels credentials back to our agency. Her first day will be Monday August 3rd. Stop by and say hello to Rachel and help us welcome her back!
