Over the last four years, Popsies has been more than a candy store to us. We've been honored to host community events, support local organizations, and create a place where our community can make memories together.
Consumer habits have changed over the last several years. Many of the products we carry are now available through larger retailers and online marketplaces, which has created new challenges for small specialty stores like ours.
You may have noticed Dorothy has not been out this year. It's because we have had to take full time jobs off the island to keep Popsies and our family afloat. We just don't have the time to run the truck.
So we are at a decision point and like every major decision we have made, we want to include and consider the feedback of our community.

What keeps you from visiting?
Would you support a seasonal model?
Would you support more events, food trucks, catering, fundraising, etc.?
What change or addition would incentivize you to shop with Popsies more.
As a family we love this business and the community that has supported us these last 4 years. We want to see it continue. We will review all feedback over the next several weeks before making any decisions about the future of Popsies.
