We have about 14 of these vintage gold chairs left for sale. They are truly antiques from the 50's or 60's. We've used them 2.5 years here at the studio and they're still going strong. We also have 18 white chairs. Sure they'll last another 50 years.

Plot Twist: I’m Not Sad. 😏

My caring friends are contacting me based on the emails I've been sending over the last week.

Thank you so much for checking in on me! Many think I’m sad about closing the Studio 928 brick-and-mortar.

I’m not. 😂

Grateful? Absolutely.

Proud? You better believe it.

💥

A little tired? Well…we had a good run. 😂

But sad? Nope.

💥

This isn’t an ending I’m mourning. It’s a next chapter I’m choosing.

I’ve spent most of my life focused on career, business, building, achieving and taking care of what needed to be taken care of.

💥

Now?

I want more family. More travel. More ART. And more ME.

Last week I cooked dinner three days out of seven. Thats equivalent to about how many times i cooked dinner in 2025!

💥

That may not sound revolutionary, but I had almost forgotten how much I enjoy cooking—and, excuse me while I toot my own horn, I’m pretty good at it. 😂

💥

I’m lightening my load, including a whole lot of possessions I no longer need. I’m taking ART classes. I’m taking ACTING classes. I will soon be making more of my own art. I’m traveling. I’m spending time with the people I love.

💥

And I’m giving myself permission to stop asking, “What should I build next?”

Maybe I don’t need to build anything.

💥

Maybe I just get to LIVE it. But knowing me, I'll be doing something else wildly creative!

Will Studio 928 disappear? No.
😉

There may be a team-building experience here and there—when I choose one that sounds too good to pass up. 😉 But I’m no longer interested in filling a calendar just because there are empty spaces on it.

For once, the empty spaces are the point.

So when you see me packing boxes and saying goodbye to 451 South Boulevard, please don’t be sad for me.

Celebrate with me.

I had the courage to build this chapter.

And now I have the courage to know when it’s complete.

This next chapter belongs to my family, my art and ME.

And I have a feeling it’s going to be one of my best ones yet. ❤️🎨
