This Thursday July 2 at 6 pm we invite you to check out the new Kiasmos record with us! Roll through and listen to the new release, a reworking of their fantastic 2024 album on Erased Tapes, and enjoy a cold drink in air conditioning with us. If you dig it, we will have copies of the LP for sale (a day early and with a free tote bag!). Take a break from this scorching and hectic week to treat your ears to some new sounds and good company. Join us Friday May 15th at 5:30 pm as we screen a really cool concert film featuring the Jeff Parker ETA IVtet celebrating the release of their new album Happy Today. We'll have the album for sale plus refreshments and some neat 8x10 photos of the group (free with purchase). Roll through, enjoy a film, hear some great tunes, and let's get Happy Today together!

Another great Record Store Day! Much like our early morning performance we would like to present our thanks in three parts -

1. Thank you to all our costumers and friends who showed up. From the newly crowned first in line, all those that waited outside, old friends who rolled through, the first timers, the record savvy regulars, the record shop philosophers, the hype induced curious, to the get it got it gone crowd - our deepest and sincerest thank you. Collections and connections is what keeps us going.

2. The musicians. It is hard thing to be creative, engaging, AND amazing at 8 am on a Saturday in the rain. You ruled. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and more thank you. There is now proof that magic can happen at a strip mall.

3. Music is the healing force of the universe and our collaboration with Passenger Radio WHCK kept us strong all day. Another round of thank yous to Adam Stanfel, Joshua Lange, Pierce Reynolds, Ewolf, and Adam Taub for reminding us that great music is meant to be shared and best enjoyed with those around you. And to Kevin Lang who held down the decks for a Herculean 3 hours and blew our minds to the very end.

This was our best RSD yet and we would like to think it is all because of us but we are well aware that it has become a community effort and we appreciate everyone involved. Once again, thank you and see ya next year!

Saturday April 18 - Record Store Day 2026 - Street Corner Music.

We will be opening at 9 am with tons of RSD stock and heaps of fresh used titles on the floor. Records. Records. Records.

Our 8 am concert series resumes this year so there will only be 1 line with no numbers but you get to enjoy some mind and mood altering tunes. Special Guest are sure to alleviate any minor inconvenience this change may cause you. So let's line up, have some conversation with our neighbors, enjoy some fresh sounds, and have some fun. Oh yeah, and score some great records too!

We are having DJs from 10 am on featuring a stacked line up borrowed from our friends at Passenger Radio WHCK. Do your ears a favor and enjoy some out of this world sounds from Adam Stanfel, Joshua Lange, Pierce Reynolds, Ewolf, Stashu, and Kevin Lang.

We hope to see you roll through and help us celebrate what has become the most fun day of the year for us with an excess of the two things we cherish at Street Corner Music, records & friends. May the funk be with you. Always.
