We have loved FRET12 since the first show we attended at the Salt Shed. We are thrilled to be partnered with them, honored to have our instruments and accessories in their store and site, and dazzled by how beautifully they’re showcasing the Bell Model in this video.

We wrapped on the Fretboard Summit today at the Old Town School of Folk Music

What a pleasure to have David Blake play the Cuyler guitar through Henriksen Amplifiers amp with a 15” speaker!

We had a great 1st time at the summit and hope to see you next year!

Jen here. Ack! I didn’t have a chance to post this yesterday. It was Dave’s birthday!

We spent it at the Fretboard Summit, where we’re exhibiting for the first time. The day was light on birthday festivities but wonderful in so many ways. It’s been just about 24 years since I visited Dave while he was in school at Roberto-Venn School. This weekend, we’ve had a chance to show off his decades of expertise and what we’re building at MachMachines to hundreds of musicians, his former teachers, so many amazing luthiers, and of course the wonderful staff at Old Town School of Folk Music and The Fretboard Journal. It’s been a dream come true.

Many thanks to Marina Vianello and 🌀e-GoS🌀| Gabriel Vianello for flying in to help work the show and watch the kids with us.

Happy belated birthday, David Mach Showalter!
