Well… we may have been a little quiet around here this summer. I took a little step back from the coffee page and gave myself permission to just enjoy summer with these kiddos. ❤️ And I don’t regret it one bit! But the backpacks on, means school is back in session, and you know what that means for me…..
BACK TO BUSINESS!
Struggle On Coffee Co. is waking back up, and we’re ready to get the coffee flowing again! Thanks for sticking around while we soaked up a little extra family time this summer.

Birthday boy requested coffee flavored cake… so naturally, we made it with our coffee!
We couldn’t let our coffee loving boy’s birthday pass without celebrating one of Struggle On Coffee Co.’s best employees. He’s always the first in line to help pack K-cups (and make sure quality control is up to his standards 😂).
Happy 8th Birthday, to our one and only favor boy! 🎉 And because every great employee deserves a little celebration, keep an eye out 👀… a birthday discount is coming soon. We couldn’t let his special day pass without sharing the love with all of you!

Tried making homemade vanilla extract for the very first time and I’m WAY too excited about it 😂 There’s just something so fun about making homemade goodies from scratch!
If all goes well, I’m hoping to have a small batch ready around Christmas time for gifts and maybe even a few for sale! Now comes the hardest part… waiting months for it to be ready 😭
