📢 SUPPRESSOR UPDATE —

We’ve had a lot of questions about the recent Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF court ruling and whether suppressors can now be purchased without an ATF Form 4.

Here’s where things currently stand:

⚖️ A federal court has issued an injunction preventing ATF from enforcing certain NFA registration and Form 4 requirements against the protected plaintiffs, members, and customers covered by the ruling.

However, there is still an important issue that affects fi****ms dealers:

Suppressors currently received by dealers through the NFA system are registered to that dealer in the National Fi****ms Registration and Transfer Record (NFRTR). ATF has not yet provided clear official instructions explaining how dealers should remove/dispose of those suppressors from their NFA inventory when transferring them without an approved Form 4.

👉 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR OUR CUSTOMERS?

For now, we are waiting for official ATF dealer guidance before beginning suppressor transfers without a Form 4.

We don’t want to guess at the procedure. We want to make sure that when we begin offering these transfers, they are handled correctly and legally for both our customers and our business.

🔥 THE GOOD NEWS: This ruling could represent a major change in how suppressors are purchased. Once ATF provides dealers with the necessary procedures, we’ll post an update explaining exactly how the new process works.

⚠️ Until then, our current suppressor transfer process remains in place.

We are actively monitoring ATF guidance and will post official information as soon as it becomes available.

🇺🇸 Stay tuned — we’ll keep you updated as this develops.

🚨 **IMPORTANT SILENCER SHOP FOUNDATION v. ATF UPDATE** 🚨

We know there are a lot of questions and information circulating regarding **Silencer Shop Foundation v. ATF**.

According to the latest information, **official guidance and updates from the ATF will be posted directly on the ATF homepage.**

We strongly recommend relying on the **ATF’s official information** rather than rumors or speculation on social media.

We’ll continue to keep our customers updated as more official information becomes available.

🚨 Maryland Gun Owners – Time May Be Running Out 🚨

Maryland has passed SB 334, a new law that could impact the future sale and transfer of many popular striker-fired handguns, including certain G***k models and similar fi****ms.

Beginning January 1, 2027, restrictions are scheduled to take effect on fi****ms classified by the state as "machine gun convertible pistols."

If you've been thinking about purchasing a G***k or another popular striker-fired handgun, now may be the time to do your research and make your decision before the new restrictions take effect.

At Sharp Shooters, we're here to help you understand your options and find the fi***rm that best fits your needs.
