This past Saturday, our entire Johnstone Supply Hunter Group team came together for an all-company meeting focused on something that matters to all of us: doing things the right way, every time.

We rolled out our new SOP Playbooks, designed to strengthen our processes and create greater consistency and alignment across all of our locations.

For our customers, that means no matter which Johnstone Supply Hunter Group location you walk into, our goal is the same: exceptional service, reliable processes, and a team you can count on.

But what we're most proud of is the people behind it.

Having a team willing to give up part of their Saturday to learn, improve, and make sure we're delivering the highest level of service possible is a badge of honor for our organization.
