We are deeply commited to supporting our customers in creating innovative music and sounds. We are here to provide our customers with products that allow them to experience their tone at its fullest potential. We design and assemble all of our products in Silicon Valley, California. We source from within the USA whenever possible, teaming with innovative manufacturers to designed custom hardware and components to ensure exceptional quality and sound.

Studio guitar legend, Dean Parks, shows his parts on the 1996 classic “Change The World” (1996) performed by Eric Clapton, produced by Babyface, and written by Tommy Sims, Gordon Kennedy, and Wayne Kirkpatrick. Many mistake Dean’s acoustic guitar parts on this song as played by Clapton, however Clapton only did the fills, solo, and the vocals. Taking the No. 1 spot on our countdown of the 10 greatest songs ever recorded on Taylor Guitars: “Iris” by the Goo Goo Dolls.

Johnny Rzeznik wrote the song for the 1998 film City of Angels while struggling with severe writer’s block. After connecting deeply with the film’s characters and story, he channeled those emotions into “Iris”—a song that became one of the Goo Goo Dolls’ defining hits, earned 9× Platinum certification, and remains a classic decades later.

For the original recording, Johnny used producer Rob Cavallo’s famous “Excalibur” Taylor 514c, while I used an 814ce Builder’s Edition to recreate the part for our video.
