After decades of service, Flippy has seen it all. 🌎🍳 A true international spatula of mystery, he’s worked kitchens on all 7 continents, flipping everything from burgers and brats to Kobe beef in Tokyo, kangaroo steaks in Australia, and a questionable batch of pancakes at an Antarctic research station. Some of his stories stay classified.

Now he’s traded the grill for the showroom floor and joined the REMO team. These days, you can usually find him showing off equipment, helping around the showroom… or wandering off somewhere causing problems when nobody’s looking. We’re keeping a close eye on him.

🚨 SERVICE CALL → PROBLEM SOLVED.

Yesterday, we got a call from one of our customers in Manayunk — their 72” Bain Marie wasn’t keeping temperature.

Our technician got on site, found the problem, and got them back up and running:

🔧 Cleaned the condenser coil to restore proper airflow
🔍 Checked the refrigeration system and located a refrigerant leak
🛠️ Repaired the leak
❄️ Topped off the refrigerant charge
✅ Tested the unit and confirmed it was holding proper temperature

No unnecessary downtime. No waiting around. Just another kitchen back in business.

In honor of Labor Day, REMO brought in the big guns. 👨‍🍳🔥

We were lucky enough to secure the services of the critically acclaimed, 5-star Chef Bergy for an exclusive one-day appearance at REMO. 😂

Chef Bergy fired up the grill Friday and served burgers, brats, hot dogs and more for the whole REMO crew.

Reviews are still coming in, but early reports indicate the man can cook. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
