Hi everyone.
Listen, we have an event this next weekend. The 20th and 21st.

I also want to say that unfortunately alot of you were pretty substantially effected by the flooding, squall, and then severe weather and will be trying to dig out for a bit.

Some vendors need to take time and may not be able to join us. I'll miss them, but prioritize important stuff, even if it's your mental health

We're going to put on a great show for our communities and have a free, fun shopping experience.

I will also have a donation station for sundries and essentials to help. If you are in need, this is for you. Take what you need.

If you can, think about donating some basics. Completely free will.

Most recent vendor list for our Middlefork Summer Market at the David S. Palmer Arena on June 20th from 9-5 and June 21st from 9-3.
Security and Clear Bag Policy will be in effect for this location. The clear bag policy is for shoppers ENTERING the facility.

If you are not on the list, please let me know. If you haven't signed up, fill out the proper form and submit payment and you will be added.

I've received a lot of messages about joining. Please fill the form out unless I've spoken with you. Make payment arrangements as well. A lot of folks have started filling out each event, which is very cool.

Also, I have not given up at all on the Middlefork Retromania. I will soon begin forming a team. This team will specifically handle this event that I hope to have around this time, next year, if we are so lucky to be hanging around.

I would want this group to be toy, game, comic, pop culture gurus so that we can present a cool space for like-minded goofballs like me.

This would be work, but on the bright side, you'd get a free space!

I also have D&T's Waffle Dogs and More and Cauldron Confections, inside serving food and drinks at the Palmer Arena with several other great options inside, but am looking for an potential ice cream and small food vendor to set up outside. It is free for food vendors to set up.

I also am particular that food vendors won't naturally compete. If a person sells hotdogs and hamburgers, I try to find someone that does tacos, or something different so that folks have options. Coffee would be good too.

If you want to try your luck and set up in front of the Palmer Arena, send me a message.

I'll be cutting off sign ups for June at the Palmer Arena by next week most likely. I have some space left, but need to wrap things up a bit. If you were on the fence, sign up while you can.

June 20th and 21st. Early set up the 19th from 3pm to 7pm.
