Today our hearts shattered as we had to say goodbye to our sweet girl, Addie. After 12 beautiful years of unconditional love, kisses, cuddles, adventures, and memories, we had to make the hardest decision a pet parent ever has to make and let her soul rest. 💔
Addie wasn’t “just a dog.” She was our baby girl. She was family. She was there through so many chapters of our lives—the good days, the hard days, the celebrations, the tears, and all the ordinary days in between. She battled my hardest cancer journey. No matter what life brought us, her love was always there.
She loved her family with her whole heart. She loved playing outside, her toys and sticks, snuggling up in her bed, and simply being wherever her people were. Seeing her sweet face waiting for us was one of those little things we never imagined we would miss this much.
Our home already feels different without you, Addie. Mommy and Daddy miss you more than words can say. We keep wishing we could give you one more hug, one more kiss, and tell you one more time what a good girl you are.
Thank you for choosing us to be your family. Thank you for 12 years of loyalty, laughter, comfort, and a kind of love that only a dog can give. We would choose you again in every lifetime. 🩷
Run free now, sweet girl. No pain, no getting tired, just endless sunshine, treats, sticks, and room to run. 🌈🐾
