I see at least one of these a day, THIS is why AlBright Concierge exists. THIS is our lives as women, whether you have a spouse or not, THIS is what is expected of us and it’s mentally exhausting.

I can’t carry the mental load of others kids the way you do for your own kiddos, but I can help with pretty much everything else.

Yesterday was a great day! It was one of those days you know you earned a good nights rest.

AM Family
✅ Car Washed BTW it’s 25% off Tuesdays for ladies 😘. While the car is being washed……
✅ Walked across the street to DLM to pick up some items for dinner.
✅ Costco for Salmon & gas
✅ Set porch cushions out to dry
✅ Get something notarized (note to self: become a notary)
✅ Sweep & wipe down porch

PM Family
✅ Take Day 2 before picture of office
✅ Organize space to make more walkable
✅ Catch up with my amazing client, she has great stories
✅Clear off, clean, & reset desk
✅ Grab a Coke Zero and Chips
✅ Sort washi tape, it’s my favorite part
Take after photo (I’ll get 1 Friday Joanna 😂)
✅ Pick up dinner
✅ Got a gorgeous sunset pick when I went back to flip cushions to dry other side

Now I’m getting ready to sort through a storage unit for a client that now lives on the West Coast. It’s a crazy story, stay tuned I’ll share more later 😘

I’m at the stage if my life where we discuss groceries and where to get the best deals, it’s like Jeff Foxworthy has been waiting in the wings “welcome to your 40’s, here’s your sign” 😂.

The protein plant based ramen was delicious, reminded me of college ramen w/o the guilt. That being said there’s easily just as much sodium so go easy 😂

Two of my clients swear by Goodles, Aldi has them for now about, it’s about 50¢ less than Kroger on average.

I have recently become addicted to crispy roasted edamame, I usually get this at Costco but since I’m not going anytime soon I’m glad they had it so I don’t have to make an extra trip.

What are your must haves and from where?

Last week I handled these11 tasks/errands for one client:
After Breakfast reset
Swept kitchen, dining room, & living room
Broke down cardboard & brought to recycling
Changed HVAC filters
Prescription pick up
Amazon returns dropped off
Goodwill drop off
Maintained pond
Available at the home for a contractor while doing a walk through with new cleaning company.
Took van to be cleaned & filled with gas
Took family album get digitized
Checked/Changed light bulbs & cameras

The mental load is real — and it's exhausting. It's not just the tasks. It's remembering the tasks. It's knowing the dentist appointment is Tuesday, the dry cleaning has been sitting there for two weeks, the fridge is empty, the dog needs a grooming appointment, and the contractor said he'd call back but hasn't. That constant background hum in your brain? That's the mental load. And most high-achieving moms are carrying it alone. Here's what I tell my clients: you don't have to outsource your life. This week I walked into a pantry that hadn't been organized in over a year. Every shelf was a mystery. The cereal lived with the canned goods. There were three half-empty bags of the same pasta. Nobody knew what they had or what they needed. A few hours later: every item sorted, labeled, and in its place. A grocery list built from what was actually there. Dinner for the week already mapped out. My client texted me the next morning: 'I opened the fridge and actually cried a little. Thank you.' This is what I do.
